There were about 200 guests at the wedding, and it was crucial for us that everyone remained in the context of the events, regardless of where they were. Therefore:• we placed large screens in each hall of the location • organized live broadcasts between the halls • switched the broadcast at random moments, creating the effect of presence and surprise. The presenters worked as wedding reporters: they moved between the halls, interviewed guests, and involved everyone in the event to the maximum.
The couple appeared in the hall from a stage that had previously been completely draped with fabric. The fabric served as a projection screen. Before the newlyweds left, the guests saw a video of how the bride and groom spent their morning. Edited in a matter of minutes, this video became one of the strongest wow effects of the evening and an emotional entry point into the celebration. The fabric fell and the guests saw the main characters. This wedding became an example of how technology, speed and creativity can work on emotion, and the format can unite hundreds of people at one moment.
